We are Nearly There!

DSCF2202Well boys and girls – we have nearly done it 72% funded – and some more pledges promised; if you know anyone that can help…as we are a whisker away – please let them know. We are playing with our set in situ at The Dorchester Arts Centre this Friday 23 August to see if it needs adjustments; and to try the projected animation out too.The mobile canvas screens have been made by a Theatre Angel called Helen Antell at The Feathered Nest in Shllingstone near Blandford. I have added a few photos for you to see her at work and outside her lovely shop. If you like textiles or need any soft furnishings from curtains, to blinds of any kind, cushions, quilts or wall hangings – you name it – no matter how challenging the shape – Helen will not only do a great job but will relish the challenge. She is as passionate as ever she was 23 years ago when she started her business from home. You must pay her a visit at The Feathered Nest. Tim Robinson has constructed the four sturdy black boxes we needed, and we are grateful for his professional carpentry skills too 🙂 Another step along our 100 journey! Thank you for everyone who has and will support us. Ever gratefully yours from AsCend physical theatre.
